Delivery Costs Within NZ

All NZ Deliveries are made by courier.  Delivery costs vary from $0.00 - $55 depending on location, size of parcel &/or number of parcels. 
Once we know your delivery address and postcode, the shipping cost will automatically update in the checkout.

All shipping costs are based on a NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED service.  There is an additional charge of $2 if you would like a SIGNATURE REQUIRED service, please select this at checkout time.

Our courier providers are CourierPost and PBT Couriers, the optimal provider is selected automatically based on your delivery address.
Once your purchase is ready for dispatch you will be sent an email with tracking information.

We endeavour to deliver all products within 1-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but dispatch times indicated are subject to change. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location*), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.  If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at info@thinkwise.co.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against the corresponding courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
